Rotate view tool is used to rotate the view of the image not the image itself.
How to use:
To rotate the view; hold down the left mouse button, once you see the compass, start dragging the red needle around the compass.
Options:
Rotation Angle Text Field: Helps us to type rotation angle directly. (-179 to 0 to 180)
Rotate View Button: Instead of compass we can use rotate view button also to rotate the view
Reset view button: Sets the rotation angle to 0 degree.
Rotate All Windows: Helps to rotate views of all open windows
