What is Popper.js?
Popper.js is a library built using JavaScipt to handle website poppers (Ex: tooltips, popovers, dropdowns, modals etc.) efficiently.
Why Popper.js?
Most of the Bootstrap poppers are handled using Popper.js library, hence we link popper.js to our html pages.
