How to link CSS file to HTML page:
1. Click under the title tag - Drag and drop css file to the head section of an HTML page
OR
2. Click under the title tag - Insert window – Common Tab – Click on Head drop down arrow – Click on Link option - Browse href .css file - Rel: stylesheet - OK
OR
3. Click under the title tag - Insert Menu - HTML - Head Tags - Link - Browse href .css file - Rel: stylesheet - OK
